Welcoming to the world, this beautiful baby girl! Cecelia was born January 24th 2022. I met Cecelia’s parents Ember and Kevin when they asked to do their Maternity session. They were really up for whatever I had in mind, which I love! Ember is a natural beauty and so photogenic. We started at one of my favorite spots by a river. After, we headed to my house, where I love taking fall pictures on my property. I have lots of woods, a greenhouse, and a cool old truck parked by the woods! Lastly, I had them meet me at my studio, and we got some gorgeous shots of Ember in one of my “prop” dresses.
January was quickly approaching, Ember and Kevin were anxiously awaiting the arrival of their baby girl. Ember contacted me as soon as they had her, and we got to scheduling and planning the newborn session. She had several ideas, as did I! Cecelia was sound asleep for the majority of the session, and started to get a little grumpy when she was hungry. Patience is key when photographing newborns. All newborns really enjoy being snuggled and wrapped tightly in a blanket or swaddle (which I have mastered). When it comes to unwrapping them, that’s when the babies tend to get kind of vocal.
Ember will be doing The Adored Baby Plan with us through the studio. The Adored Baby Plan is definitely something that most of my newborn families plan on. That includes a newborn session, a six to eight month “sitting” session, and a one year session. You also have a choice to choose from 3 bonus options; mini maternity session, a 4 month mini, or a 9 month mini session. At the newborn session ordering appointment, you will receive 25 custom made birth announcements. At the “one year” mark, you will receive a gift from us which is a 16×20 canvas with 3 chosen photos from sessions over the year of your session. With each session you also receive a smart phone app of ordered images to show off on your phone and social media!
