What a lovely wedding this one was! I am so honored to have been a part of it. This was a special day for me as well, it was June 15th, the day Scott and Christine exchanged their wedding vows….and my husband and I did the exact some thing eleven years ago! I remember the minister asking the guests to reflect on the day they said their wedding vows and the commitment they made to each other as Scott and Christine were saying their vows. It was a special little moment for me as I was photographing the ceremony and thinking about my sweet husband at home. No matter how gorgeous wedding days are….and believe me, Scott and Christine’s wedding was stunning….it truly is all about the marriage. I love that I can photograph this special day for couples as they celebrate their vows and their future together!!
It was a rainy day, but that did not damper their mood at all. It’s easy to see how loved they are by their friends and family on their wedding day. I just loved Grandma’s expression and reaction when she saw Christine for the first time….so sweet, I even got a little teary eyed!!
Their wedding reception was at the Battle Creek Country Club, a fun little tid bit about that is Christine’s parents had their wedding reception there also when they got married!
