2021 Christmas Mini Photography Sessions
I am pretty sure the years are flying by correct? It feels like I should not be planning for Christmas…but here we are! Now is the time to book as we have sold out on these sessions each year. We decided to start earlier for bookings….so here is all the information below!
COST: $250 ($265 with good ole sales tax). This includes the 15 minute session and 10 beautiful hand edited printable digital files. The images will be delivered to you FAST…our turnaround time is always within one week! I found the last three years that I could complete 95 % of the sessions in 10 minutes with no issues. So we are now scheduling the sessions every 15 minutes so that you are in and out super fast, and will have some gorgeous images within the next week!

SESSION: The sessions are scheduled EVERY 15 minutes for families or just your children. I (Melissa) shoot fast and very purposeful and we find that we can be done even faster if your little ones are doing well. We try to make these sessions fun and fast for everyone. I have had parents happily comment “it took longer to get ready than to do the actual session, that was so easy”. That is our goal.

Another note about the sessions…..these are for individual family units or children only. Our set is not big enough to do large family groupings. It will comfortably fit a family of 6-8. If you want to include grandparents, you may want to consider booking back to back sessions so you get enough images. Please ask if you have any questions.
CANCELLATION: Please note the session fee is due at that time of booking to hold your date and time. Session fees are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you can do so through your booking email as there is an option to reschedule with dates and times that are still available.
WHAT TO WEAR: We get this question the most, and happily to help! Since the set is a Winter wonderland, you can pretty much work with any colors, and it will look amazing in this set up.We have some examples below of us working with creams and natural colors and love how they look! I also suggest cute boots, sweaters, hats, and/ a beautiful wool coat. The one thing I love about this set up is any colors truly can work.
COVID PRECAUTIONS: Yes, we will of course be very cautious of the precautions. One of the great things about our studio is we have two doors. So when you arrive through the front door and room, you will be able to get ready in there alone, and we will let you know when it is your turn. We will do your photography session and then have you leave through our side door so you do not have to see other families. We actually have done this in the past years and it works very well. We will not have as many hand held props this year to keep “touch points” to a minimum. If you would like to bring your own prop, you are welcome to do so, but we ask you please sanitize it properly before you come. We will be sanitizing all props between sessions. I will NOT be touching or moving your children, so please know that will be your job to help with setting them up on the set…most parents naturally do this, but we just want you all to be aware that we will not be able to touch and snuggle your kids at the sessions….I sure will miss those sweet hugs from your little ones! I am quite confident that we can provide a very clean and safe environment for your quick “in and out”/short and sweet Christmas mini session with me at the studio.
